Lead

It is a heavy, bluish-white metal that darkens to a dark gray color in air. It is a very soft and stretchy and extremely malleable metal with poor electrical conductivity. It is extremely resistant to corrosion. It is used in the construction industry, for batteries, for roof window frames, in balls and shutters, in medicine for protection against X-ray radiation, as part of solders and as an element that prevents the formation of a galvanic cell.
