1. Built to last

All panels are made of galvanized painted sheet metal, available in various thicknesses. The sheet thickness of 0.6 mm ensures high load-bearing capacity, protection against damage and extreme weather conditions. It should be emphasized that the zinc coating with 275 g/m2 belongs to the highest quality class. A higher zinc coating provides greater protection against rusting of the sheet metal and thus a longer lifespan of the roof. We are so sure of this that we offer you a 10-year guarantee against rusting.

2. Special HD granite color for additional protection of your roof

Metrapan roof panels are the only ones in Slovenia with a 25 micron coating of special HD granite paint, which provides the roof with high UV durability and additional protection of the metal sheet, which further extends the life of the roofing. With HD granite paint, even the sheet metal manufacturer offers you an additional guarantee on the durability of the paint and a guarantee on its delamination. With the maximum application of a protective layer of zinc, as well as a special HD granite color, we guarantee the above-standard quality of Metrapan roof panels.

3. A roof and facade that also insulates

As part of the Metrapan sales program, you can choose from a wide variety of insulating roof and facade metal panels with an insulation thickness of 10 mm up to 240 mm. You can choose from different types of insulating materials:

- PIR (polyurethane filler used for installation in public facilities and classified as B s2 d0)

- PUR (polyurethane filler)

- MINERAL WOOL (provides REI and EI fire resistance)

With regard to Metrapan facade and wall metal panels, you can choose between visible and invisible screwing.

4. Always in stock and custom made

We have between 45,000m2 and 50,000m2 of Metrapan roof and facade metal panels in stock for you at any moment. You can choose from 40 different thicknesses, colors or designs. On our own cutting line, we cut the panels according to your requirements within one to three working days. In addition to the panels, you will also get everything you need for the final assembly of the roof and facade, such as screws, riders, seals, gutters, pipes, uniquely made borders on our bending lines, silicones, vapor-permeable foils, lightning conductor systems, etc.
